Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As a boutique studio, each booking is a dedicated window of care and preparation. Last minute changes impact our ability to accommodate other guests and maintain flow within the day.
- Notice Period: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
- Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the service amount.
- Missed appointments will be charged 100% of the service amount.
- Communication: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us through our online contact form or text message us at 778-557-3241.
- We understand that emergencies can arise, and we’ll always approach them with care and fairness. Booking your appointment confirms your agreement to these terms, allowing us to maintain the highest level of service and availability for all guests.
- Late Arrivals: In the event of a late arrival, we will do our best to accommodate your appointment within the remaining time slot. However, please note that late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment to ensure that we can serve all clients on time.
